The title of today's post is also the title to my wife's Chemistry textbook for a class she is taking this summer. I find it odd that someone would 'want' an "invitation" to learn about Chemistry. Granted I know there are people who LOVE Chemistry and God has gifted them with the required intelligence and desire to study, learn, and develop new ideas in the field of Chemistry(that whole God gifted you to do things you love is a whole other blog, also) and for them that is great. However, if I was to receive and 'invitation' to Chemistry, I would probably 'lose' the invitation and definitely 'forget' to RSVP to that event!
